New Employees: (3-hour requirement)

1. Watch the Wellness Policy In-service Video. (22 minutes) 
   - If you have problems with the link you can also click here to download the video to your computer.
2. Review the MSCS Wellness Policy and print for your use.
3. Choose 3 or more topic areas related to Health and Wellness listed below.  Review topics of your choice, spending a total of 3 hours in research. (Includes time spent on #1 and #2 above.)
4. Print and complete the documentation form.   Submit the form to Carla Horton, Secretary to the Superintendent.
